Pros
No walking a mile to get to work, if you get there early your car is less than a minute walk from the door. Typically no weekends or late nights unless you are call. Occasionally there are late nights but very rarely. Managers are down to earth, fun, easy to talk to.
Cons
There are some bad apples in every work environment but management needs to get some control over them because it is ruining the work place environment for other people as well.
