Business Outlook
Pros
All the executives push great values and really seem to care. Employee owned company makes a difference in how you are treated I believe. Nice to have several free perks- food all the time, clothes, team building, seminars, etc. makes you feel cared for at the lower level.
Cons
The middle managers who I have worked for over the past couple years don’t care about the engineers, and tend to be arrogant. Politics/ favoritism can interfere significantly with efficiency/ well being/ productivity at work.
