Some nice employees that have been there a long time.

Cons

This place has really gone down hill! They cleaned out house, but fired all the older folks that have been there for 20+ years! They watch you like a hawk like you are going to steal paint! No trust among management and employees. Salaries are low too. You can make more money without the hassle at the competition. I would rather say would you like fries with that then work for this place.

Work/life balance. Pay and paid holidays

Cons

Management and company as a whole. Management on store level and district managers do not listen when employees are harassed, insulted or yelled at. They look the other way if the manager is a top earner. The insurance sucks. Human Resources do not do what they promise and will backstab you. Lack of growth. CEO and family do not listen to their employees
