More Cons than Pros - Inside Sales McCormick Paint Employee Review

Upper management do not care at all about their store employees; they only care about numbers and money. I got laughed at for asking for help/coverage when a coworker was on vacation. Every store is understaffed, but they have no plans to hire more people. Employees are stressed out and getting burnt out, but no one cares. Health insurance is very expensive, and it goes up every year. The customers who come into the store are some of the dumbest people I've ever met. They never know what they want, and/or they change their mind after you've made them what they originally asked for. They never give you a heads up with big orders, and expect them to be delivered on the same day.
