Cons

Management is cut throat, not willing to help when needed . Low pay, not enough staff, expensive insurance, lack of organization and consistentsy. Just stick with the bigger paint companies.

Work/life balance. Pay and paid holidays

Cons

Management and company as a whole. Management on store level and district managers do not listen when employees are harassed, insulted or yelled at. They look the other way if the manager is a top earner. The insurance sucks. Human Resources do not do what they promise and will backstab you. Lack of growth. CEO and family do not listen to their employees
