Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you've enjoyed our work-life balance flexibility, manager communication and support, and project variety during your employment. We recognize the nature of project related work can have varied activity. Managers and discipline leaders meet weekly to plan and project workload, as well as, pursue new work opportunities. They then work with staff at various levels to advance project development and identify and pursue new work. Additionally, work sharing between offices and disciplines is pursued to help maintain steady workload.
