In the 2 and a half years I worked for this company I can honestly say it was the worse most dishonest company I have ever been a part of. They speak all the right words but never follow through. This is probably due to the high turnover of senior leadership. In 2 years I worked with 3 different plant managers, 2 different operation managers, 2 separate materials managers,2 different maintenance managers and countless other Team managers. Also let me add if you are not part of the "circle" or agree with creating false documents, they will do everything to work around you and say you are a problem. People who value their career should avoid his company by all means. Pay is decent, but not worth ignoring your personal morals and worth for.
