Business Outlook
Pros
People always need food, and in economic downturns, they cook more - the company seems pretty stable. The people are very friendly, the company cares about employees, and is well-managed. You can get lots of positive feedback, even from upper management, if you do a good job and stand out. They have acquired quite few brands since I worked there, which seems like a good sign, but I don't know how the integrations went.
Cons
The food industry can be a bit old-fashioned and McCormick is not a marketing or innovation leader. Company culture is somewhat conservative.
