My boss x 2 very understanding when it comes to personal time off. Emergencies understanding unforseen reasons to need and extra 10 - 20 min an hour a day whatever it takes to address any issues at home or with family.
Cons
Policies need to be more defined when dealing with return policy's and what credit should be given to customers on non stock items returned for credit and what should be done with material.
