Pros

Most crew members are laid back and have a good rapport with one another, including crew to managers. Even most management people are laid back and are gracious in allowing crew to have freedom while working on other tasks. Managers are good at working with you if there are any conflicts with your schedule or with a co-worker..

Cons

The pay is bare minimum, which is typical in this industry; however, bi-annual opportunities for advancement in pay after staying with the company for a period of time can be enticing. However, on the flip side, crew is only allowed to top-out at $8.00 per hour, so within 18 months, it's possible to be topped out on Crew pay. Also, there are no benefits for the first 90-days of employment for crew and then those benefits aren't described to employees at all... other than the fact that they exist somewhere.

Pros

You could recieve free meals during and right after your shift,as well as free drinks, ok work life balance for part time,

Cons

Working environment was highly unprofessional and toxic at the time, workers would call customers the r slur behind their back as well as using the r slur at every given opportunity,I would work around 7 or 6 hours and would sometimes go weeks of shifts without getting any kind of break . The only sort of break you get is from using the restroom. Sometimes people would not communicate on schedules. I had a day unavailable because I was attending community college at the time, they called me right as I was headed into class and I assumed it was spam as I didnt recognize the number ,the next day they got upset with me for no showing, when I had been open about what times I was available and unavailable since the interview and management knew. Everyone always in a bad mood, customers and staff. Was not trained to do certain things and then would have management upset with me for it. Draining experience, also unfriendly to autistic people.
