Pros

Wonderful coworkers, always willing to help each other and work as a team, schedule was very flexable, customers are very pleasant

Cons

The owner treats employees as if he owns them as well as the store. The managers yell at and belittle the employees instead of offering professional constructive criticism. Name calling ans the like seem to be more the norm than anything else.

Pros

You could recieve free meals during and right after your shift,as well as free drinks, ok work life balance for part time,

Cons

Working environment was highly unprofessional and toxic at the time, workers would call customers the r slur behind their back as well as using the r slur at every given opportunity,I would work around 7 or 6 hours and would sometimes go weeks of shifts without getting any kind of break . The only sort of break you get is from using the restroom. Sometimes people would not communicate on schedules. I had a day unavailable because I was attending community college at the time, they called me right as I was headed into class and I assumed it was spam as I didnt recognize the number ,the next day they got upset with me for no showing, when I had been open about what times I was available and unavailable since the interview and management knew. Everyone always in a bad mood, customers and staff. Was not trained to do certain things and then would have management upset with me for it. Draining experience, also unfriendly to autistic people.
