Pros

You are able to leave!

Cons

Deceptive about poor pay. Was told at interview Opener pay would be a certain wage, but I was actually paid at a much lower rate.. Computer training mods that SHOULD have been good disrupted by crew trainers who plop you in front of the busiest window at the busiest time of day, wondering why you're slow. Unreasonable expectailtions from managers who just talk all shift, their "management" style is to force out all outsiders by bullying them into not wanting to come in to work. That's fine , I'll let the mean-spirited lifers keep this rotten job while I move on to better work.

Pros

You could recieve free meals during and right after your shift,as well as free drinks, ok work life balance for part time,

Cons

Working environment was highly unprofessional and toxic at the time, workers would call customers the r slur behind their back as well as using the r slur at every given opportunity,I would work around 7 or 6 hours and would sometimes go weeks of shifts without getting any kind of break . The only sort of break you get is from using the restroom. Sometimes people would not communicate on schedules. I had a day unavailable because I was attending community college at the time, they called me right as I was headed into class and I assumed it was spam as I didnt recognize the number ,the next day they got upset with me for no showing, when I had been open about what times I was available and unavailable since the interview and management knew. Everyone always in a bad mood, customers and staff. Was not trained to do certain things and then would have management upset with me for it. Draining experience, also unfriendly to autistic people.
