A lot of jobs available. They are able to relocate you if something happens due to the stores and multiple manufacturing facilities. Depending on the manager they can be "family friendly". Employee Owned give future benefit options

No real onboarding and training programs, most of the training comes from old SOP's and word of mouth. There are exceptions to every rule they give you. Pay structure is not at all competitive. No spousal medical coverage because of high insurance costs.
