Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime.
