Pros
Considering I didn't go to college or have many skills ,it's not a bad gig. Managers are actually pretty decent ppl. I've worked there for 5 years and I can't really complain. Just to be clear, the pros greatly overweigh the cons in my opinion. I'm very happy with my job. There is also an incentive program that gives you a bonus every two weeks based on your speed which is nice. Last year I made about 65k, I'm not saying expect that when you start off but the opportunity is there is you put the time and effort into the job
Cons
To be full time you have to start on overnights. To get to day shift you'll have to put in your time, maybe even 3+ years. It's required to work a "reasonable" amount of overtime but its isn't clarified how much reasonable is. 48 hours is probably what to expect which isn't horrible but when it gets busy and you're working 55 hours it gets old, but you know that could be a pro for some.
