Compensation is average, Benefits are a little above average, Training opportunities that mostly applies to six sigma, lower management have a better rapport with their peers than upper management
Cons
I am just going to be forthright - Tenured people were backstabbers, do not provide basic training new employees, overall business model and objective, Goals and objectives changes monthly without explanation, Upper management lack a good rapport with their direct reports. no work life balance, over extended employee with unrealistic expectation, upper management forced lower management to put certain individuals on probation because of their personal feelings. Will not payout short term disability even if you are still under the doctor cares. Depends on the department, very hard to get promoted from within
