Provides excellent healthcare market experience.
Cons
All-consuming. McKesson does not recognize need for work/life balance; therefore prefers younger workers that have the drive and dedication to work 24/7. Takes products to market too soon to fend off competition. Employees feel no job security as major reorganizations occur at minimum each fiscal year start, but often 2 or 3 times each fiscal year. McKesson's senior management lacks continuity from frequent reorganizations. Being completely driven by Wall Street, there's a culture of "shoot first" by reorganizing and terminating when forecast isn't met rather than invest in products and employees for long term growth.
