      Pros

      Comfortable working environment, the people are great to work with overall

      Cons

      The company does not look after their colleagues. You are made to go above and beyond with no real recognition. If you are not apart of the senior leadership team or above, you have no real benefits or say. They ask how they can improve but don’t take into consideration the suggestions they receive from the workers. They sugar coat the truth and colleagues feel demotivated and lack passion to do the work as there is no career progression or recognition.

      Pros

      Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

      Cons

      Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
