Cons
Incredibly poor internal support from departments you rely on to do your job with little accountability. Work from Home coupled with cuts in spending on needed resources (especially people resources) have hurt the company. Credit, AR and other services being off-shored leaving customers and internal workers frustrated. Turn around time to get cases resolved painfully slow. And probably some of the poorest tech used and support for tech available. Salesforce is one platform used but the support department doesn't seem to know how to use it, help it or make it efficient for those using. Was warned by someone that the "bean counters are going to kill off McKesson" and thought that was a dramatic statement. Now, I'm a believer. Too much disconnect between departments, too much off-shoring, poor investment in digital infrastructure and becoming detached from customer focus. Add to that constant monkeying with comp for sales and it is just sad overall.
