My colleagues were aware of how awful it was to work there so we could comfort each other when we were at our weakest.

The staff turnover was horrendous - during my short time working at the Coventry head office I had different managers and colleagues come and go. Managers were rude, abrasive, and they blamed their poor behaviours on the fact that it matched the traits of their star sign or because they were "ginger". Plus people used the insights personality test as an excuse for why communication between colleagues was poor. The contractors hired were rude and self-serving. My time at Coventry head office was so miserable it led me to receive counseling due to my decrease in mental health. Then when I left the link for the survey they sent out to provide feedback didn't work so I couldn't give my feedback. I would not recommend working at McKesson UK.
