Pros
Good benefit, big organization many thing are very organized compared to smaller sized company. Some colleagues are hard working and helpful.
Cons
Politics might be serious and annoying. some works is manual and disorganized. Some managers are not supporting enough but they care about their employee rating too much. Pay rate is below the market average. overtime became an issue and many people got burnout and left. constantly laying off people and transfer the jobs to India or squeezed to people who stayed. opportunity to move up in Toronto is much less than QC.
