Pros

Decent insurance, but not much else

Cons

Constantly micromanaged and tracked. Policies constantly changing. I was hired and told I had 3 weeks vacation, and Two weeks later they revised the policy and took vacation away. Not allowed to take sick time to go to a doctor's appointment. Overall very poor way of treating employees. I was told I would need to work a late shift (12-8pm) once a week which was no problem. After hire, they told me it was going to be 2-3 late shifts a week. Completely misleading.

Pros

Solid company. No layoffs or toxic management Small crew to manage Technology is simple and efficient. Lots of available team resources.

Cons

Costumers are always dissatisfied with the service. No matter what. Poor SLAs established with customers. Their way or the street Have to share small office with 3 more guys. You have to be available to change your schedule. Poor work life balance Low salary. I was making more in my previous tech role. Salaried. Long hours no overtime. Very few or inexistent space to grow. Favoritism. If you live in a red state and short of m3lanin3.....this is your place!
