Pros
Decent vacation if you are there long enough, good starting point, someone else will up pay somewhere else when they know your from there.
Cons
Pay inequity, no sick days micromanaged at lower levels. chronically understaffed because good people keep leaving and sub par workers stay forever. They can not find anyone to take the job or will not replace them because they will not pay enough or promote from within.
