Pros
Benefits at this company are great. They cover domestic partners, same sex and opposite sex, as well as their children. They also have tuition reimbursement, so if you are looking at continuing your education, this is a good company to work for.
Cons
There is not any employee loyalty. If they decide to get rid of a unit, they let go all of the employees and although they say they make provisions to rehire them, not a lot of effort is done to do so.
