Pros
Good culture and company values. There are some nice perks (e.g. they have cars you can borrow to drive to meetings, free bus pass and free parking, deli on site). It's in an exciting industry and growing. Some of the people are really smart and dedicated. You can maintain a work / life balance if you try.
Cons
The culture isn't what it used to be and morale suffers in some areas. They don't often put their people first, like they say they do. Benefits are pretty good but salaries aren't competitive. Middle management is mediocre. There aren't great growth opportunities for young employees. The company tries to do too many things - deep down they're still a construction company. They have a lot of good people and service offerings, but haven't really figured out how to bring it all together and break down the silos.
