Pros
McKinstry is an innovative company that is working on the front line of sustainability and zero-carbon/electrification technology in the built environment. The upper management has great visions for the future of the industry.
Cons
It is very difficult to get promoted here unless you are one of the favorites. I watched many people get promoted over and over again while others like me are left in the same position for years and do all the work that our superiors don't want to do. There needs to be much more of a focus on employee development and helping people get where they want to be.
