Pros

Lots of people here are very hard working, creative and intelligent people. Unfortunately, those are usually the ones who get overlooked for advancement. They have a nice gym and decent benefits.

Cons

If you know someone at the top, you'll do fine. Otherwise keep your mouth shut and expect to work long hours for little appreciation and little chance for advancement. You might get ahead if you marry someone at the top. That seems to be the best way, especially for a women to get somewhere. In that case, you really don't need to work hard or be very intelligent. The culture is extremely difficult, especially in upper management. No one wants to listen to a conflicting point of view and you will be disrespected at every turn if you offer a different opinion. Expect to be hushed up or talked over in meetings unless you tow the company line.
