Pros
Great benefits although they have been decreasing substantially over the years. Dean Allen is a great visionary. The "green idea" is a great for our world, if only they could get back to actually doing that. Seattle work environment is second to none.
Cons
Much of executive management and part of middle management actually belongs behind bars. Dean is a visionary genius but he has been extremely poor at picking management help in last 10 years. They have hired people from Siemens, Trane, etc. who learned to be crooks at those other corporations and have carried their ways back to McKinstry. McKinstry will fail and probably sooner rather than later. They have faced recent lawsuits and will most likely go down from other pending lawsuits or government investigations. DOJ, ODOD, IPUC etc. etc. will at some point put them out of business.
