Pros

Hybrid work environment Subpar coffee and food Gym available Ability to volunteer during work hours Alliances to join Mentorship available

Cons

There is too much middle management with lack of leadership skills. Additionally, leadership and management do not seem to speak with each other and there is a disconnect. Below market salaries, yet, they have been working on this and nothing has changed. Onboarding is absolutely terrible. I have heard this in various departments. Sort of a sink or swim mentality in a well established company... They will watch good employees walk away time and time again and not look inward. At least one person has left every month since I have been at the company. I would expect more structure and organization at a company that has been around since the 60's. Instead, it heavily depends on what team you're on, and not only are the departments functioning differently, but the regions are as well which causes disconnect and chaos. There is very little accountability and obvious nepotism which leads to promotion. The insurance is terrible.
