Terrible Leadership at the facility all the way up to communications from the corporate office. Poor orientation proces and super lack of communication and no handbook policy ever given out and hidden. They will use this to dispose of people once the busy season is over and the slow time sets in. No one really knows the policies. Much favortism and they have their managers in meetings more then half the day, everyday instead of doing their job leading their teams with no accountability. Broken old systems that do not work or are down half the time from the 80's or close to it. Very poorly ran and outdated along with super mismanaged facility. Many incompetant people in higher up positions. RUN...
