Pros
The benefits are one of the best parts of the job. (2 to 1) 401k match, quality health, dental, and vision along with flexible spending accounts are among the top benefits. Summer picnic, usually at local theme park or water park and Christmas party at local dinner shows. Weekends off for 95% of all employees and no later than 5pm out times for 80% of the employees. Highest pay for comparable jobs in the area.
Cons
Performance based selection can be stressful but is less strict than other warehouses in which I have worked. Business fluctuations can dictate hours worked per week, longer hours in the summer and less hours around the holiday months. Manual labor positions make for a short job expectancy and increased risk of injury.
