Pros

Pay is good, if you survive

Cons

Brutal work, inhumane, 12-14+ hr days. Incompetent management with the exception of a few, the rest are just terrible. This one took on a contract for Turkey hill recently, leaving every department in shambles. The workload per worker keeps going up, due to a mass exodus of good people who just can't take it anymore. They lie about raises too, telling you you'll get your first raise in 90-180 days, then when you ask, the want proof in writing! If you want a job where you never see your family and get chewed out for calling off to help your kids, McLane is the place for you! They'll remind you that people are lining up at the door to work there when every dept. is short 20 people and nobody can pass the hair test. The whole place is falling apart.

Pros

Free drinks and food from some 7 11 and turkey hill stores. And some drivers take candy to sell in their stores online to supplement mclane paying them less after every driver meeting.

Cons

Don't believe your getting 80-90k here.your getting sent to extra board where you will only make around 60k a year working 3 days a week any where from 12 hrs to 24hrs a run and no extra pay for it. The transportation department are two faced and you can bet they will lie to you. Complete scumbags oh and the blk guy want to be white guy they randomly hired from the fruit picker section as the HR department guy just picture Carlton Banks from fresh prince of bel air.
