Pros
For what the position holds in responsibility the pays outstanding. The company doesn’t force you into anything you don’t want to do. Also they don’t frown upon you when you don’t want to help them out of a tight situation “ involving working extra hours”
Cons
Mangers make some decisions that leave you as the employee wondering what planet they came off. You can truly see how favoritism takes place. You go above and beyond, and recognition will be given to the next employee just for doing their job. “If your- self motivated the moneys good” if you constantly need a pat on the back look somewhere else. OH almost forgot. From our CEO and I quota “Changes are coming, and if you don’t like them, don’t show up to work Monday”
