Pros
Laid back managers, friendly co-workers, and decent benefits. The atmosphere at the McLane corporate office is pretty laid back and you can usually work at your own pace and with little supervision aka not a lot of micro-managing. The managers their trust their employees to do their job correctly and to the best of their abilities, and employees know what is expected of them.
Cons
The computer program they use to do their planning is a little confusing, frustrating, and outdated. Also, pretty bad medical insurance coverage (very high deductible).
