The workplace has a calm and respectful atmosphere—people are polite, independent, and only reach out when they genuinely need help. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity they gave me to start a new career

The computers need to be upgraded. Attendance at all meetings is currently mandatory. However, since we have computers and access to email, many meetings could be replaced with written communication. Children should not be allowed at the dealership(s), as this is a professional business environment.
