Commission based, so I'm paid based on performance. They have given me countless tools for finding customers and helpful training to do my job better.

Cons

The hours can feel like a lot, but again, your income is performance based. It definitely pays off in the long run to put in the time while you're earning your stripes in the industry.

The workplace has a calm and respectful atmosphere—people are polite, independent, and only reach out when they genuinely need help. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity they gave me to start a new career

Cons

The computers need to be upgraded. Attendance at all meetings is currently mandatory. However, since we have computers and access to email, many meetings could be replaced with written communication. Children should not be allowed at the dealership(s), as this is a professional business environment.
