      Great people, mission driven not fo profit, Sr. Leaders values driven, growing and stable, great medical staff. Highly recommend as a place to work.

      Cons

      Growing pains, but size and growth brings strength. Encourage continued investment in training and development to allow career growth, advancement and reward motivated staff.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
