      Pros

      Good benefits and conveniently located. They will work around school schedules. It's easy to transfer to different dept once you get hired.

      Cons

      Very hard to get on at this hospital because of so many applicants. Cafeteria has changed there food. It's now contacted out through another company and its terrible! And very pricey!

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
