      Pros

      I have team of great coworkers.

      Cons

      You don't get a performance bonus but no one shares with you that it is not happening or why. It is not fair to the little people that count on this. Very disappointing. I would guess senior management gets them this year. You work very hard on the ground for no reward.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
