Job security, starting to incorporate evidence based practice but still very behind
Cons
McLeod doesn't care about retaining their employees, just continuing to buy up more properties. If they concentrated on their staff a little bit more, it would make a huge difference to McLeod as a whole. Scheduling is also terrible. Terrible Management and it doesn't matter if you are bullied.
