      Pros

      Loved it, and loved everybody in my department. It was the best place ever, and would love to return one day. I worked at an on-site area and it was great.

      Cons

      No complaints in the area I worked in. No job is ever perfect, but for me it was pretty close.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
