      Competitive wages. Scholarships available. Lots of jobs.

      Cons

      Too many managers that have little to no experience working in the field that they are managing. Difficult to please upper management. Poor health coverage for employees.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
