      Pros

      They are so large that they never get investigated, they think they can get away with anything.

      Cons

      They will work you to death until you resemble a dried up raisin while asking you to break the law, and if you do they will throw you under the bus. They are so big that no one will investigate them.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
