      Hard to think of right this moment.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Supervisors constantly calling me to come in on days off. Sometimes can be overloaded with patients with no real help. Scheduling

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
