      The people I have the privilege of working with make coming to work stimulating and fun! There is always something new to learn.

      We have a healthy culture focused on Caring, the Person, Quality, Integrity. No workplace is perfect, but many challenges are tolerable when you as an employee feels that your work team cares about you.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
