Pros
- Team playing coworkers, unit dependent. - Annual competencies to keep up with CE - When passing in the hallways, everyone is typically pleasant - Clean working environment - Discounts to many places in surrounding area - Overall good culture and has amazing values they try to uphold - Personally like that every patient is accepted for care, regardless of insurance or lack there of. - Room to grow and branch out into different areas (if not blocked by management). - Diverse coworkers
Cons
-Management does not care about current staff. They are willing to stay in their office and point fingers rather than listen. -Bullying is acceptable from team, as well as upper management. -Rather would keep travelers and pay them the big bucks than pay current staff. - Not many incentives to "work more" to help with short staffing issues. - Management play favoritism as to who is allowed to get pay incentives available, no clear policy-unit and director specific. - Management expects staff to go above and beyond to work on days off rather than come in and work themselves when there is poor staffing,
