Great supervisors. Very structured. Have supplies needed

Poor pay. Work in a department that has been overlooked for years for a pay increase. Left out of annual bonuses and hospital wise raises

Pros

Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

Cons

It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
