      Pros

      McLeod truly was a great way to get my foot in the door. It’s a good organization and is a good place to be if you want to be somewhere stable for a long period of time.

      Cons

      No overtime was allowed. Work load was far more than compensation. Turnover rate high.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
