      Pros

      Clean nice hospital. Compassionate staff for the most part. I enjoy my job.

      Cons

      Management is not fair with schedule as many employees are per diem. Favoritism definitely takes place with scheduling of the per diem. The hours are not fairly distributed, not even by seniority.

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
