      They will work with your schedule if you are in nursing school

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, staff is always short. Do not always sup p supplies that you need. Management does not have your back. High turnover rate amongst staff and travel staff

      Pros

      Encouraging learning environment for new APP's. Administration is always available when needed. Great starting pay and benefits. The culture is patient-centered while showing respect and encouraging growth and development of APP's. I love my career with McLeod Health.

      Cons

      It can take time to develop a full patient load, but that was just my experience as a new APP. I appreciate the time I have been allowed to grow in my new role.
